In 2001
¡ø June: Shenzhen Goldenkayi Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2001,
located in Shenzhen, specialized in developing, producing and exporting
environmental protection, energy saving and green high-tech led lighting.

From 2001-2004
¡øAt the early stage of company establishment, we dedicated to research and develop
LED lighting product and study latest technology in three years. Full preparation had
been made for providing good quality products and excellent service to our customers.

In 2006:
¡øMay: Combine the advantages of high power led on the brightness attenuation,
Comprehensive development of high-power LED light source to the application of
product development, and successful application in the indoor led lighting.

¡øJuly£ºOur company set up R & D institutions of solar energy products, developed
solar street light, solar garden light, solar-air street light products etc which combined
led light products with solar products, To improve and enhance the company's
product structure and application levels.

In 2007£º
¡øApril: Business expansion, our company moved to new office: Floors 2, GangYi
Building, XiXiang town, Baoan district, Shenzhen.

¡øMay: Established(Hong Kong)New Lighting Co., authorized free hand in dealing
with international business of Shenzhen Goldenkayi Technology Co., Ltd.

¡øJune: Our products: E27, MR16, GU10, LED down light, led outdoor spot light, led
street light are passed CE and ROHS testing and get certification.

¡øAugust: We developed highest lumen for 3*1W of E27, MR16, GU10 bulbs using
highest Cree Leds, The lumen for cool white can up to 300LM, for warm white can
up to 180LM. have exported to Canada, Australia, Europe and other market.

In 2008£º
¡øFebruary: Due to business expansion rapidly in 2007, shortage of office space, at the
beginning of 2008, we moved new office: Floor5, 10Building, Tongfuyu Industrial
Zone, Lezhujiao, Xixiang Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen.

¡ø March£º We finished a project of installation of Solar led street lamps and Solar-Air
led street lamps in the Industrial Park of Amperor. The excellent performance of this
Streetlight project was highly commented by both staff and leaders of Amperor.

¡ø May£ºOur new product of led flashlight have been launched.
¡ø May: We launched a new type of led downlight, which we researched and developed
independently, its watt is 5W, 7W, 15W, 21W etc, the highest lumen can up
to1000LM, lighting angle is 25, 45, 60 degree and even higher than 120 degree.
¡øMay: Our company have passed the testing of the famous international certification
company SGS and get the certification of China suppliers.

¡ø June: Our downlight serial products were authorized RoHS certification. Meanwhile,
we gained the CE certification for our ceiling light GK-Public-1001.
¡ø June: Solar-Air LED Street Light complete installation and put into use in France.

¡øAugust: We launched our new Street lamp GK-Street-3001.
¡øSeptember: Stage II Solar-Air LED Street Light project in France began

In 2009
¡ø March: The Air-Solar Street lights from Goldenkayi were installed in Jardireve,
France. The perfect installation means our successful completion of France Project.

¡ø April: Goldenkayi started to launch Panel Light series.

¡ø May: We gained C-tick for Streetlight serial products

¡ø June: Our Street light GK-Street-3002-C passed Illumination test of IES
(Illuminating Engineering Society of North America).

¡ø July: After a couple of weeks' test, the Downlight series and from Goldenkayi
C-tick, street lamp,

¡ø November.: Our Australia Government Project was completed perfectly in Sydney,
Manly Beach.

¡ø December.: Through a sea of testing and inspecting, we honorly gained the
ISO9001: 2008 quality certification The approved scope included development,
production and sales of LED lights.

In 2010
¡ø March: Following the 3528 series tube, we launched our SMD3014 series Led tube,

¡ø April: We established long term cooperation relationship with Philadelphia Solar
Co., LTD. After long discussion and negotiation, both parties agreed on and signed
the Executive Agent Agreement which promise Philadelphia Solar Co., LTD as our
distributor in Jordan market.

¡øJune: Goldenkayi started to market the Ceiling light which apply 3528 LED and 5050
LED. Our next step is to develop the ceiling light with 3014 LED.

¡øAugust: Through almost a month's preparation and arrangement, Goldenkayi moved
to our new working place Shiyan Town. The new factory covers more than 4, 000
square meters. More new production line and packaging line were settle down.

¡øSeptember: Our LED Street Light project in Bahama got completion and the LED
street lights stepped into trial period.

¡øOctober: Goldenkayi took part in the HK International Lighting Fair and gained great
success. In the 4 days run, we receive more than 300 foreign guests.
